Wastdale Road · Lewisham · Urgent — action needed now
A freeholder wants to build on top of the pre-existing flats at 14 Wastdale Road. It would mean a taller, bulkier building out of keeping with the street, months of construction disruption for those nearby, and more pressure on the narrow access, bins and bike storage we all share.
If this is approved, it sets a precedent for more of the same across the area. Lewisham Council counts how many people object — the more of us who do, the better the chance it’s refused. You don’t have to live next door for your objection to matter.
